All payments made to Dirghayuveda Wellness are for service bookings.

Once a service is booked and payment is successfully completed, the booking is non-refundable.

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer
  • Payment debited but service not confirmed due to technical error
  • Service cancelled by Dirghayuveda Wellness

No refund will be provided for services that have already been availed or partially used.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Customers must contact us with valid payment details to request a refund.
